EquaRow, intelligent monitoring, aNH3 has added the ability to not only monitor the row by row application process from the cab but also to let you know when something is not quite right with the ammonia application system, minimizing time lost searching for the cause of a problem.
The only true monitoring system on the market:
- Product flow through the system. Know if your filter is clogged or if there is inadequate flow before it becomes a problem.
- How much the system is cooling. Know if it’s too much or not enough, confidently make the right adjustments for proper application and overall savings.
- Pump pressure (if equipped). Know that your pump is operating correctly without straining to see a gauge.
- System manifold pressure. Know if your system isn’t reaching its potential. Manifold pressure that’s much lower than input pressure is a sign that gas is building in the system.
- Individual and stacked row pressures. Know you are getting even distribution to every row. Accurately monitor half rate, full rate, and rate-and-a-half rows.
- Real-time recording. Know exactly when an event happened, EquaRow can log your application process so you can take the right steps for correction.
EquaRow has only 3 main components
The Tablet Monitor – simple and precise input on a durable touchscreen. Lighter weight and more compact than most monitors giving it the ability to mount virtually anywhere. It also includes a removable keyboard.
The EVE Module – the hub of the information gathering system taking pressure and flow rate information from all the rows and platform and feeding it to the monitor. The EVE module is daisy-chainable to monitor up to 72 rows!
The Power Box – providing all the power needed for monitoring and communication of the system and it plugs right into your cab power supply.
