super cool pump 74 sizeSuper Cool systems are built around a one-piece, fused stainless steel heat exchanger where the cooling surface area is more accurately measured in square feet rather than the “few hundred square inches” used by the industry today. To provide maximum efficiency and reliability with minimal waste these heat exchangers are completely sealed, meaning no o-rings or gaskets that can leak, no internal coolant tube to plug up, no more headaches that come with tube and shell type heat exchangers. When it comes to efficiency, standard NH3 systems can use from 100 to 200 gallons of ammonia every hour for cooling and all this is lost through the cooling vapor lines. The aNH3 Super Cool systems can be as much as ten times more efficient. That’s ten times less waste! Or, to look at it in a new light, between 90 and 180 gallons saved every hour that can be applied properly as fertilizer.

Super Cool systems are offered in both pump and non-pump models and two flow capacities: 40gpm and 74gpm

    • More efficient cooling means more accurate measurements with standard flowmeters.
    • More efficient cooling means less wasted anhydrous ammonia in the form of cooling vapor.
    • More efficient cooling means warmer cooling vapor exhaust, therefore, means less likelihood of freezing and soil clumping on those knives.
